7. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable statutory limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to automated decision-making, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

9. How to Apply

You may submit your requests regarding your rights in writing through the contact channels below. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
